Michael McNeil is the Executive Director of nonprofit organization Solutions To End Poverty Soon (STEPS), which has been successful in helping over 200 families locate appropriate and affordable housing in Ocean County, New Jersey. He currently serves on the Executive Committee for Housing for the NAACP New Jersey State Conference.
