Crystal D. Charley, MBA, CD (SMC), is a renowned community organizer, activist, and advocate for reproductive justice and civil rights. The proud mother is the Founder of Melanin and Maternal Wellness, focusing on Black maternal health as a certified doula. Crystal is also the Director of Birth and Wellness Resource Hub for the Greater Mount Zion Community Development Corporation. She leads campaigns in Black maternal health as a Senior Organizer for Salvation and Social Justice and serves on various boards and task forces. Crystal is the 2nd Vice-President of the NAACP New Jersey State Conference and a member of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated. She addresses important topics such as reproductive justice, civil rights, systemic racism, and health equity.
